Email marketing, done for you.
Did my email bring you here? Then you already know it works.
I find the companies most likely to buy from you, email them on your behalf, then nurture each conversation until they're ready to book a call in your diary.
Interested replies in your first 60 days, guaranteed. Or month three is free.
Email marketing is a lot of work.I do all of it.
Doing it yourself
Buying domains, warming inboxes, finding addresses, writing emails late at night. Then watching them land in spam, with no idea why.
With me
You answer a few questions. I do every one of those jobs, and the interested replies come to you.
How it works
- Tell me about your business.A few minutes of questions: what you sell, and who buys it.
- I write the messages.Written for each company from its own website, sent for you from separate inboxes.
- You take the calls.Interested companies book straight into your diary.
The email that brought you here.
Subject: how this email found you
Hi, Each month I find the UK companies most likely to buy from your company, write to them for you, and pass you the ones who want to talk. Open to seeing how? Just reply with "yes" and check out my page at richjackson.co Rich P.S. You've just read an email from someone you've never met, so you already know it works.
Every email I send for you is built the same way. It opens with something true about that company, taken from its own website, says one thing about their industry, and makes one ask. No links to click, nothing tracked.
Behind every email. The work you never see.
Written for each company.
Every first email opens with something true about that company, taken from its own website. No links, no tracking.
Self-healing deliverability.
If an inbox starts slipping towards spam, it's paused and the others carry on.
Gets better every week.
The subject lines and openings that win the most replies are used more.
Every address checked.
Before anything is sent, so your emails don't bounce.
Pre-warmed inboxes.
Every inbox is warmed up and tested before it writes to anyone.
Every reply sorted.
Interested replies come straight to you. A “no thanks” is honoured for good.
Under the bonnetWhat makes this more than sending emails.Ten things most outreach never does.
Most outreach is a list, a template and a send button. This is a system that runs experiments on itself, keeps what works, and gets a little sharper every week it runs for you.
- 01
Every first email is a live experiment.
No campaign is finished. One new version of your first email runs against the current one at all times: a new subject line, then an easier ask, then a different opening problem, then round again. Fresh companies are split down the middle. Nothing is judged until each side has had a full week to reply and 150 companies behind it, and a version only takes over when I am 90% sure it is better. Then it becomes the new baseline and the next challenger lines up. You get an email saying what won, and by how much.
- 02
It learns across campaigns, not just inside yours.
Every winning idea, in general terms and never your words or anyone else's, is kept. The next challenger is written with that record in front of it. So your campaign starts where every campaign before it finished, and every campaign after yours starts a little further on.
- 03
Built from pieces, not one fixed email.
You approve a set once: three to five openings, main messages and asks, under three to five subject lines. Each company then gets its own arrangement of approved pieces, and the arrangements that bring interested replies are used more. Pieces that clearly lose are retired on their own. Wording moves every week. A new idea never goes out without your yes.
- 04
It finds out who actually replies, then goes looking for more of them.
Your buyer types start with an equal share of the search. After 100 companies have been written to, the finding leans towards the types that reply with interest, and a quarter of the effort is always kept exploring, so a market never gets missed because it started slowly.
- 05
It learns what time your buyers read.
First emails are spread across the working day rather than sent in one burst. After 200 sends they lean towards the hours that bring replies, with a third always kept even, and the last run of the day sends whatever is left, so your volume never drops for the sake of a theory.
- 06
One true line, checked against the page.
Each first email opens with a fact about that company taken from its own website. The line is kept only when its key words are really on the page, so it can never be invented. No links, no tracking pixels, nothing to trip a filter.
- 07
Every address checked before a single email goes.
Each address is verified first. Domains that accept everything are remembered so no second cent is spent on them. Bounces, automatic replies and out-of-office messages are recognised and never counted as a reply.
- 08
Self-healing inboxes.
Your emails go from their own web addresses, never your everyday domain. Every inbox is tested independently each week. One that starts landing in spam is rested and retested while the others carry on, and inboxes ramp up gradually, so your sending reputation is never gambled.
- 09
Replies answered in a minute, day or night.
A plain yes, or a question your website answers, gets a reply for you in the same thread within a minute, with your booking link. Price, terms, complaints or anything unclear get a short holding reply, and the full answer waits for your one tap. A no gets one gracious line and is never written to again.
- 10
Judged on interested replies. Never on opens.
Open rates are noise. Every decision above is made on the only number that pays: companies that reply with interest. That is also the number my guarantee is written in.
Every one of these runs for every plan, from the first email.
Replies answered in a minute.Calls booked while you work.
A reply that waits until tomorrow is often a reply that's gone cold. The first business to answer usually wins the work. So every reply your campaign gets is answered in your voice, within a minute, day or night, and the conversation carries on until they book a call, ask for a quote or buy.
- You see every conversation, with a copy of every answer.
- Step in whenever you like, and your reply takes over.
- Prices, complaints and anything unclear come to you first. They get a quick holding reply, and the full answer goes once you've approved it with one tap.
- You only write a reply if you want to.

“We ran one campaign with Rich and it generated over £1m in revenue. I've never seen a return like it. He found the right people, got in front of them properly, and handed us conversations that turned into real deals.”

You deal with me.
I have founded, scaled and sold three businesses over 20 years, in different sectors. One, a national business, was sold to a NASDAQ-listed PLC. My expertise, and my interest, is customer acquisition, which I now provide at scale to growing companies.
Questions
Who is it for?
Firms that sell to other businesses, where one new customer is worth £1,000 or more. Local firms that sell to the businesses around them work well too.
When do the first emails go out?
You read and approve your emails first. Then I set up your inboxes and warm them up for 3 days, so your first emails go out about 4 to 5 days after you approve, at low volume, building to full speed about two weeks later.
What results can I expect?
Typically 1 to 2% of the companies contacted reply with interest. It depends on what you offer and who to, so it is a range, not a promise. You see every reply yourself.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time after your first month. Just email me before your next billing date.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay the monthly fee for your plan and nothing else. The first month is not refundable, because your domains, inboxes and warm-up start straight away.
Is this legal in the UK?
Yes, to companies, done properly. I write only to limited companies, LLPs and PLCs, include the sender's details and honour every opt-out for good.
